Adventures in Publication

After working for as a copywriter for The Longaberger Company last winter, I was invited by Tami Longaberger to serve as ghostwriter for her first book, Weaving Dreams: The Joy of Work, The Love of Life, published by Wiley and slated for release on September 7, 2010.  We are thrilled to announce that our pre-sales have been strong enough to have garnered the attention of the New York Times Bestseller List; they will continue to track the book to determine whether we have earned the right to join the ranks of so many other wonderful authors and books.

Getting to know Tami has been a joy, and being given the opportunity to join her on this journey to publication has been, quite simply, a surreal experience.  I’m entirely grateful to her, to The Longaberger Company, to Wiley, and to the fantastic team of people who made our diligent, frenetic work a wonderful reality under a near-impossible deadline.  As they say, “Teamwork makes the dream work!”

I hope to one day be afforded the opportunity to add to this page; in the meantime, however, I’ll keep clicking away and hope you’ll continue to visit.

Hey, I wonder if Jessica Alba needs a ghostwriter.
